ABOUT
I’ve spent 10+ years learning that craft isn’t a shortcut — it’s the path.
I design for a world that craves clarity without losing soul — turning complex products into experiences where every detail is intentional.
I’m endlessly curious about what’s next — in design, in AI, in how humans and machines work together. I’m always tinkering with something, and I still get the same thrill from a well-crafted interface I did a decade ago.
Designer. Founder.
AI Builder.
I started as an industrial designer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, moved into interaction design at JD.com (300M+ users), then spent nearly a decade leading product at global social and creator platforms — Amino ($130K+ MRR), Supersymmetry (800K MAU), OluOlu.
Four years of consecutive entrepreneurship taught me something most PMs never learn: shipping is the design. Models, markets and mindsets change overnight. The ones who build products people love are the ones who ship, learn and ship again — fast.
Now I’m in my AI builder era. I design and code AI-native products end-to-end — solo, across multiple verticals. I use Claude, GPT, Gemini, and vision models daily, and I ship working products with them in days, not quarters.
I believe the best AI products will be built by people who deeply understand both users and models. That’s the gap I fill: design taste + product judgement + working code + AI fluency, in one person.
How I think about
AI products.
Most AI products feel like ChatGPT in a trench coat. A text box, a spinner, and a wall of text. That’s not product design — that’s demo-ware.
The AI products people actually love are the ones where the model disappears. Where the interface feels like a conversation with a smart friend, not a prompt engineering exercise. Where uncertainty is handled gracefully, not hidden behind loading states.
I design for this: AI that feels inevitable, not impressive. Products where the user’s intent flows straight into an outcome — with the model doing the heavy lifting invisibly. That requires understanding both the human side (UX, emotion, friction) and the model side (capability, latency, failure modes, cost).

CORE FOUNDATIONS
- 01
People First
The best products come from deep empathy. I design for the moment someone actually uses the thing.
- 02
Commit to Craft
Every pixel intentional. Every detail earned. The quiet craft is the work.
- 03
Ship, Don’t Stall
Momentum beats perfection. Ship to learn, learn to ship — especially with AI.
- 04
Connect the Dots
Design. Product. Code. Model. The best work lives where these disciplines blur together.
CORE COMPETENCIES
-
AI Product Design
Designing AI-native flows where the model disappears and the user moment is all that’s left. Thinking through uncertainty, latency, and failure modes as first-class design problems.
