Boostify is a SaaS event-marketing platform that helps brands design, launch, and manage interactive campaigns — from raffles and referral programs to influencer collaborations and live events.
The platform had grown organically but its UX was becoming a bottleneck: complex campaign workflows, inconsistent design patterns, and poor discoverability were slowing down marketing teams.
What I Did
I joined as a product design consultant to restructure the platform’s UX from the ground up — rethinking information architecture, campaign creation flows, and the analytics experience.
- Audited and redesigned the end-to-end campaign creation workflow, reducing setup complexity for marketing teams.
- Rebuilt the platform’s information architecture and navigation to improve feature discoverability.
- Defined a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across the product.
Business Value
Boostify was a lesson in simplifying complexity: a platform with dozens of campaign types, each with different rules and workflows, needed a unified UX framework that could flex without breaking.
The restructured design shipped and is now the live product.
