I led UX design for JD Live and core commerce features — including Global Shopping, Coupons, Rankings, Flash Sales, and Fresh Market — creating a more cohesive and engaging mobile shopping experience.

What I Did

As Senior UX Designer, I was responsible for defining the user architecture and interaction systems for JD’s mobile app.

I collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to design large-scale commerce experiences while standardizing mobile interaction guidelines across multiple business units.

  • Led UX for JD Live, designing the architecture and interaction framework for the live-streaming ecosystem.
  • Created unified design patterns for Global Shopping, Coupons, Rankings, Flash Sales, and Fresh Market — improving cross-feature usability and consistency.
  • Established and standardized JD’s mobile interaction guidelines, adopted company-wide to streamline future design processes.
