Customer Problem
OluOlu is a next-generation creator platform that empowers streamers to build sustainable income and deeper fan connections. It integrates fan tokens, interactive events, and community-driven monetization to redefine how creators grow and engage with their audiences.
What I Did
As Product Lead, I oversaw product design and operations end-to-end — translating the platform vision into tangible user experiences.
I led the design process for creator monetization, fan engagement, and community features, while managing cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product execution and operational growth.
Combining creative design thinking with data-driven operations, I helped build an ecosystem where both creators and fans could thrive together.
- Led end-to-end product design from concept to launch, delivering the platform’s first live version.
- Built and managed a cross-functional operations team to support creator onboarding and event management.
- Established a scalable design and content framework for streaming, fan engagement, and monetization.
Business Value
This project marked our first attempt to bring Web3-inspired economic models into the existing creator ecosystem.
By integrating token-based rewards, creator engagement, and community interaction, we launched a functional prototype that bridges traditional platform dynamics with decentralized incentives.
It laid the foundation for a new kind of creator economy — one where creators and fans can co-create, co-win, and co-own their shared growth.
